The Office for Civil Rights (OCR) vigorously enforces Section 504 requirements in schools through compliance reviews and complaint investigations. Schools must have a Section 504 system to protect the rights of students with disabilities. We will assist you in building or refining your system, understanding the documentation requirements, and satisfying OCR’s stringent standards. This training explores useful Section 504 documentation tools and strategies grounded in a thorough understanding of the current state of the law.
